Between the sheets: The exquisite #mahogany La Paiva bed is to be offered in our Erotic: Passion & Desire auction in #London today. Whilst its precise history remains shrouded in history, the unique bed was unearthed at ‘La Fleur Blanche’, the famous 19th-century Montmartre brothel frequented by Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, and is thought to have been commissioned by the richest and most notorious demi-mondaine of Second Empire Paris, Esther Lachmann. #sothebyserotic
