#12milesformoms View from my last long run before the Kilimanjaro Half taken earlier today. In one week I will be among a team of 18 women from across this country and other parts of the world who are all running to raise and awareness and much needed funds to improve access to essential maternal care. We run so that mothers living in rural areas around the world don't have to in order to reach the care they need. Distance is one of the biggest barriers women face when in need of care.
