Messing around with Conte pencils. (Which are basically a mix of charcoal and wax - so it's like a combination of a crayon, charcoal stick and pencil) I really enjoy the scratchy, inconsistent lines these make. It helps to give a raw, vulnerable quality to sketches. #conte #sketch #illustration
