When kayaking at Lakes Entrance, don't be surprised if you're chaperoned by the local Burrunan dolphins ? These are no regular dolphins; there are only a couple of known populations of these rare critters in Australia, and this beautiful part of @visitgippsland in Victoria is one of them. The #GippslandLakes are home to around 65 Burrunan dolphins; hire a kayak and there's a good chance they'll pop up right next to you to say g'day.
