This evening The Queen is launching the 2017 UK-India Year of Culture at a reception at Buckingham Palace.

The mark the occasion we went behind-the-scenes to see preparations in the kitchens where Royal chefs have been working alongside chefs from Veeraswamy, the UK's oldest Indian restaurant, to create the menu for the #UKIndia2017 reception.
