13 years ago, a wakeboarding accident took @aldridgelogan's left arm, and since then he has had to learn to adapt. In that time, Logan has shifted his mindset to not what he can learn to do with one arm, but how effective he can be and how he can help others with or without one hand as well. When Logan found @Crossfit after college, he committed himself to helping others improve their lives through fitness and making himself available to always lend a hand (no pun intended).
