As someone who suffers from depression and anxiety, sometimes the hardest part of staying healthy for me is the will to get up and try. I get overwhelmed especially with modeling, when so much of the focus of being active is pressure to stay in shape, rather than stay healthy overall. I've been making an effort to stay on top of how I feel rather than just how I look, which is something I've struggled with in the past. I'm currently taking @1stphorm M factor women's multivitamin which contains b vitamins which I've read are good for calming nerves. (Although it's best to talk to a Dr. about taking any supplement if you're currently taking medication) also, deficiencies of vitamin D from the sun has been linked to depression so going outside and hiking is a great workout option for me cause it gets me outside, plus it's a great workout! ?☀️#health #1stphorm #hiking #runyon
