Getting back in to volume and rebuilding my legs after not a lot of squatting as of late. Front Squats don't hurt my hip like back squats, and i think Back Squats were the culprit to my injury and thus we are ditching them from my training altogether. Front Squats are bae ? 6 reps @ 90kg ?
