Dave Valentin graced his flute on my song "Higher" (recorded in 1999) which Joe Claussell later remixed. Such an energy in the studio -- I was a fan, had many of his recordings and was super excited to have him on my track. Very sad to hear of his passing...I had no idea he had suffered from debilitating strokes... #rip
