Happy Monday everyone!! Wanted to share this amazing homemade gluten-free bread recipe! ? #glutenfree ? Preheat oven to 365°F. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.

Place the almond meal, arrowroot, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and baking soda in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Whisk together the eggs, oil, rice malt syrup, vinegar, and almond milk in a bowl. Add to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into the lined tin and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before removing from tin.
2 Cups (200g) almond meal (loosely packed)
1/2 Cup (65g) arrowroot (loosely packed)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp white chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 organic eggs
1/4 cup macadamia oil
2 tsp rice malt syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup almond milk
