Photograph by @Thomas Peschak Like whitecaps on a stormy ocean, airborne whirls of sand rage across a lonely road in central Namibia, Africa. During the sandstorm's peak, temperatures rose to over 105 degrees Fahrenheit (41 C). Here the winds can become so strong that they suspend small pebbles, striping the paint off cars and even hollowing out bricks over time. Shot on assignment for @ナショナルジオグラフィック in Namibia.
