2 years ago, I had vocal cord surgery. I didn't know if my voice would be normal again, or if I could even sing again. I stayed mute for months, not saying a word, not singing at all.
2 years ago today, the doctor told me I had healed beautifully and I could slowly start to learn to talk and sing again!
2 years later today, I'm here with my annoying loud laugh (my brother loves it, I swear), and I sing every chance I get (my brother also loves this, I swear). ?
Every day I'm grateful for my voice, and I never take it for granted! ?
