Each body is different. You cannot keep comparing your body, or other's bodies.... it will be a never ending cycle of disappointment. The things we put in our body and how active we are all effect our bodies differently. If you are naturally thin, stop letting people pressure you into trying to GAIN weight. If you're naturally thicker, stop letting people pressure you into LOSING weight. Believing that there is ONE body or one PERFECT body will be draining and horrible on our self esteem. Our bodies all have specific needs and expectations. We need to stop looking at the outside picture and focus on the inside. Eat what makes you feel good. Stay active and get your body moving. Having a lazy day? Fuck it! Stay in bed. SELF LOVE & ACCEPTANCE IS #1. In order to be happy you must learn to love yourself and all the flaws, stretch marks, and differences that come with you.
