✈️ I spend my life in and out of airports. When people tell me they're holding off on starting their fitness journey due to work, travel or vacation I simply give a blank stare. I'm NO stranger to a hectic lifestyle and I make it work. Why can't you? Why does everyone seem to think they need to put their lives on hold to change their lifestyle? Why does everyone seem to think they have to be stuck in a bubble in order to change their lifestyle? Should I say that word again? Lifestyle. This is your wake up call. Living a healthy lifestyle and changing your habits does NOT mean you need to meal prep everyday and live out of Tupperware. It means ADAPTING to your surroundings, improvising and making it work! It means reaching for a banana and water at the airport instead of a pizza and coke. It means ordering grilled fish and vegetables at a restaurant instead of fried chicken and waffles. It means heading to the gym in the hotel instead of sleeping in. Long story short, if you can't sustain what you're doing outside of your home, what you're doing is NOT sustainable and will inevitably fail. This is why crash diets don't work. This is why you gain weight after you lose it. What's the secret? Make small changes everyday. Make health conscious decisions everyday.
