Full body workout I always turn to full body when I'm not able to be consistent and it's been a crazy week. I only made it to the gym 1x to what I do is commit to 45 minutes of full body workouts at a fast pace with no breaks and medium weight. For example I choose one exercise for each body part then do 15 reps and 3 sets for each. I did hamstrings, quads, glutes, biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. If you are new in the gym or just starting back from a break I suggest full body workouts for the first 2-3 weeks it helps acclimate your body into a Ruthann and will ease you from being extremely sore.
