Another one of a kind one-off piece that will not be made again this heart shape locket features a full skull face carved from real bone and set within the heart which can twist around to form a pill shape pendant. One side of the heart opens to a black velvet lined compartment which holds a small cross pendant that is set with a faceted Garnet stone.
