#TimeForMusic - we are proud to again be Partner of the Music Festival!
Firmly established within our 14 years of partnership with the festival is the donation and presentation of the “Glashütte Original Music Festival” (GOMP) to an outstanding musician.
The remarkable Steven Isserlis is this year’s award winner. The British cellist will receive the prize on May 23, 2017 as part of his concert with the London Philharmonic Orchestra in Dresden.
As in the past 13 years the trophy has been built in our own “Alfred Helwig” School of Watchmaking in Glashütte.
We look forward to his concert and other musical highlights in the course of the festival, starting May 18.
