@christinatosi told me there'd be fresh baked #crumpets here. Now I know the ones in Oz aren't traditional. So much taller and fluffier than the ones I've had in London, but when you cut into then, they have beautiful nooks and crannies in the crumb. And fresh and warm and perfect with local honey, ricotta and a squeeze of lemon. Delicious! Don't get me started on my new love of Flat Whites.
