The tallest parfait? Has to be this pretty dessert at @salon_bakeandtea!
Popular for their super tall parfaits, I picked the seasonal item - Sakura Parfait paired with Sakura green tea.
The parfait contents had lovely spring flavors from the Sakura soft jelly and bean paste layer; the sable cookies added a nice crunch. The bun with Sakura ice bar was felt a little too frozen, resulting in a tough dry texture.
Recommend to visit during weekday for a nice relaxing time.
