Single Arm TBar Row?

This exercise is killer! I normally do a dumbbell single arm row instead but today I changed it up and tried this exercise. I love the stretch you're able to get and the different variation on it!??

I started out with 25 pounds and moved up to 45 pounds the last few working sets. Now normally my core is stable but when lifting heavier weight it's ok to use momentum to get the weight up which allows me to lift heavier. But for the most part my core is stable leading with the elbow on this movement. -
