Still can't get over the loss of this man @lordrochester #glennobrien This was the last time I saw him. I invited Glenn down to sit and talk with me for a documentary film I started but since have had to shelve. I interviewed him at Electric Lady Studios on 8th Street. I was reaching out to some inspiring individuals who I first came into contact with as a young model in NYC in the 80's for this project, to document their lives and mine in a different era of NYC. Funny how the time before ours always seems better than our own. I first met Glenn when we worked on the first Barneys Women's store campaign with #stevenmeisel in 1987. He then wrote most of my @Calvin Klein dialogue for the next three decades and we got to travel together outside NYC to places like Hawaii and South Carolina. He was always the smartest, funniest guy in the room or on the beach, as it were, and I loved learning about all the cool people he knew and his early days in NYC. He was a true raconteur and probably got more miles out of his 59 years than most by the time he passed away last Friday. Thank you, Glenn. Will miss seeing your face around town...
