I woke up thinking about Jesus' mom Mary today. How she must have fallen in love with Jesus in a way no one else got to experience. She was his mommy. She carried Him, birthed Him, watched Him grow up. She taught Him things, laughed with Him, became one of His best friends, took care of Him when He got hurt...that last goodbye hug had to have been the absolute hardest. Knowing she was saying goodbye to Him as an earthly son. I bet the nearness of His Holy Spirit the first time she felt Him she probably just wept and stayed there for hours. Wow Mary, you were brave.
