ᴘᴇᴀᴄᴇ ᴏғ ᴍɪɴᴅ ❤- I've never been so sick in my life like yesterday. Fever was going sky high? Luckily the antibiotics & aspirine did it's job over night! ? I feel so much better today as I just woke up. Fever is gone.?×

The things I did to speed up my recovery from food poisoning☠:
? Drink an enormous amount of water or juice because you will get dehydrated very fast during this period of time.
?Eat a lot of dry crackers.
?Sleep like a baby & rest. Couchpotato!!. ?Listen to your body signs and give it whatever it feels like at that moment. I was craving sugar so I ate candy. It actually calmed down my stomach!
