#CLOSURE ? I realised alot of times in my #life I never had closure. Be it friends, lovers or opportunities missed. I have always just #accepted things and never sought for closer. I am now beggining to realise how this has come to effect my own #selfworth over time. Having people constantly in and out of my life, be it because of my lifestyle of constant travel or my demanding career I persue following my dreams, I get #people walking in and out of my life like a revolving door.

I have #friends and #family I have not seen in years. I have parts of my #heart I gave to those whom I held so dearly that have walked away with them and seem to vanish.? Closure gives us and ending ? It's our way of processing the #situation and cutting all loose ends so we do understand and can lay our #mind to rest. Otherwise it builds to #guilt, #shame, #hate , #depression, #resentment.

People also walk back into my life, after many years , to give me that closure and for those I so deeply #appreciate that ❤️ It takes a lot of #courage to bring back the #past and I appreciate it immensely ?
