Incredibly proud to know and work with this life changing foundation and to be a part of #teamCAF!
When I first became paralyzed it was the @cafoundation that gave me a grant to purchase my first basketball wheelchair. They went on to support me in receiving a sit ski, kayak and now a surf board. And my life is GREAT because of it! Forever grateful to you all, many Mahalos!!!
