It has been over 2 weeks since BeeBee passed and I think I'm finally feeling a little ok to talk about it. BeeBee, just like every single one of my babies meant so much to me. She passed unexpectedly on the morning of April 20th. I scheduled her in for a annual vet checkup on April 21st. The morning she passed, all I felt was resentment towards myself and I kept asking myself 'what if I brought her in a week earlier? Would the vet have detected something was wrong & would she still be here today?' The next 2 days were rough. I went to bed crying, woke up in the middle of the night crying & couldn't focus on anything besides the fact that she was gone. I spent so much time looking through old photos of her, and although it hurt so bad...it brought me so much comfort knowing I gave her the best I could. I have so many photos & videos of her binking, eating non stop and living a full happy life. I think about all my babies who passed on EVERY SINGLE DAY. I keep their ashes in my living room so I can talk to them every day. Each and every single one of them inspired me to be the cruelty free shopper I am today. And I'm so happy to know that because of them- so many of YOU guys are now cruelty free shoppers. This post is extremely long, but in honor of BeeBee, I hope you all can kindly make a donation to the link in my bio. As most of you know, I volunteer at @bunny_world_foundation, a organization that rescue bunnies from high kill shelters and other horrible conditions. This organization is very close to my heart and they need our help. Bunnies are abused and neglected every single day. Bunny World rescue bunnies who come in with broken limbs and left to die, chunks of their ear missing, skin mites, etc. and they give them a chance at life. This issue means so much more to me than any amount of makeup and I hope it does to you too. If we can spend hundreds & thousands of dollars on makeup and clothes, can we find it in our hearts to make a small donation to issues that are neglected? I understand times are hard for everyone and that's ok!! Please share the link in my bio to raise awareness. Thank you guys so much ? RIP BeeBee ??
