Photo from training this week but update about my first ever American race at the Payton Jordan Invitational tonight!

Was really happy to come 2nd in the 800m A race in really cold and windy conditions tonight. Thought my 2.02 was alright considering and for my opener after being a little unwell for the last 3 weeks and am excited for the races to come! .
It was an honour to pace the 5000m A race 1.5 hours later hitting 2k in about 6.08 and going to 2.4k. Well done to everyone else who raced especially fellow Kiwi @camillebuscomb on a World Champs qualifier in the 10,000m and my fellow American team mates!!! Thanks @dannytmackey for all the support and to the awesome organisers!!!
Also big thanks to the people who helped me get here and are helping me chase my dreams!!
