Family time at @nourish.aruba ??? Every Monday at 8am we have a gratitude circle with the team here at the studio where we meditate and then get to openly share how we are feeling or vent about things that may be bothering us while the rest of the group practices non-reactive listening. It's super powerful and brings up different things every time. After that we do a round of gratitude and set a collective intention for the week. It's a transformative practice and helps keep the @island.yoga team connected and open-hearted! So I was thinking... Let's do the same thing right now?? Share in the comment section:
1 - Sharing. Share something you need to open up about, vent or shed light on. It can be anything, large or small. Speak up about something that's been bothering you, or something that's weighing heavy on your mind. Or just write a line about how you are feeling in this moment!
2 - Gratitude. What are you thankful for today?
3 - Intention. What's your intention for the week? Pick something that resonates with your heart.
