Rising flood waters are forcing residents from their homes in parts of Canada’s Quebec province. Christina Holmes (@chriz_is_me) shot this video and said she’s “never seen the river this high ever.” She captured the scene Monday, while riding across the Chaudière Bridge on the Ottawa River.
