Good news is that Botanico has also introduced lunch from Wed to Fri from 12pm to 3pm - guests can choose from a special set lunch menu or the same variety of a la carte options as dinner. Perfect for hosting work lunches too.

My favorite was this Chargrilled Carabinero of scarlet prawns charcoal grilled in an Inka oven, mellow rice cooked in a rich prawn bisque made from a stock of carabinero prawn heads and pork crackling for that rounded flavour and crispy texture.
