To all diabetics and friends of diabetics alike, part of my mission is to make sure Type 1 Diabetics are aware of the best treatment options.
In the past few years there have been incredible technological advances to help treat diabetes but the Dexcom G5 is my favorite.
Dexcom allows me to have an adventurous life by keeping track of my blood sugar through this device and delivering my levels directly to an app on my phone.
I can confidently go up to 10 hours in the middle of nowhere, with no cell service, even if I don't have a blood test kit on me, and still know exactly what my blood sugar levels are so I can stay healthy and active.
