Repost @helpbanyulin Every year the yulin torture festival goes ahead and despite widespread outrage, so far the dog eaters of yulin have been winning with they're antics being allowed to carry on and on.
The government knows that people want this banned but refuse to shut down the event even though figures show that upto 90%of the dogs arriving are stolen pets most still wearing collars.
