Today, as part of our week-long partnership with @Instagram's #HereForYou campaign, we're featuring @GabbyFrost—a teen from Philadelphia who created @thebuddyproject, an account where she links mentors with mentees in connection to mental health issues. “I've been able to speak up about my mental health and create a movement, thanks to social networking sites like Instagram. It's easier for me and many others to talk about mental health online and find a supportive, empowering community. Without Instagram, I wouldn't have connected with thousands of people and worked together to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health.”
