When you start your meet by smacking yourself in the face with an empty barbell in the warmup room, nose is swelling and bleeding and eyes are welled up with tears...no better support crew full of "your fine"s and encouragement than these two ladies. Yes ?? i did that and have a lovely bruised face today to show for it hahaha. I love being a part of @juggernauttraining and i love the teammates, training parters and close friends it has given me.
