It's almost #LunchTime and I can't help but think about this great, typically Roman meal I had yesterday. I felt I had to have a proper Roman lunch after cycling among the marvels of the #AppianWay. This was a typical, simple Roman #trattoria, with all the classics: gricia, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, gnocchi. For "secondo" saltimbocca, involtini, spezzatino, straccetti and this arrosto (veal breast), with roast potatoes. And chicory, I love chicory; cooked twice, with chilly & garlic. Classic. And 1/4l red wine because why not.
Now I'm very hungry, and very late to meet @alicekiandra.adams and @valentinaguttuso in #LatteriaStudio. Arrivo ragazze!
