Growing up, my mom always put out bowls of seasonal fresh fruit in our kitchen for my brother Matthew and I to enjoy. Years later, when I worked in Noma’s test kitchen, @reneredzepinoma always kept fresh fruit on the countertops for the kitchen staff.
