[Cantonese Restaurant?@fullertonhotel] Dreaming of this simmered egg noodles with Boston lobster and X.O sauce served at the newly refreshed Jade restaurant at @fullertonhotel.
A night of beautifully crafted dishes that showcased Chef Leong's artistry and culinary dedication.
Some of my favorites included the crispy roast pork belly (?that crackling), their nourishing soup of the day, and this lobster noodles dish.
Enjoyed myself so much I immediately made booking to come back here for Father's Day ? celebration!
