Celebrities, musicians and fans said goodbye to Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell on Friday as he was laid to rest in Los Angeles.

The 52-year-old grunge-rock icon died late May 17 after being found unresponsive in his Detroit hotel following a #Soundgarden performance. The coroner ruled the cause of death a suicide, but his family has questioned that ruling.
