Melon season is BACK! At my local grocery store, there are huge bins of watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew out front, and I am taking advantage! Blending melons into green smoothies is perfect as the weather gets warmer. They are very water-dense fruits, making them super hydrating, and they're also high in vitamin-C.

I love blending with all types of melons, but right now I'm loving this Cantaloupe Grape Sweetness recipe. What's your favorite melon to blend with?

CANTALOUPE GRAPE SWEETNESS | Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup almond milk unsweetened
1/2 cup water
1/2 cantaloupe ripe and rind removed
1 cup grapes*
2 tbs coconut oil
*Freeze grapes overnight to make smoothie cold.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth.
2) Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
