Saturday: Yangmei Clafoutis 杨梅克拉芙缇 (something I just made up ??‍♂️) I like to add some toasted oats to my clafoutis batter to make it more breakfast and less dessert. Yangmei also known commercially as Yumberries are like a tart and sour strawberry and go perfectly with a sweet custard ❤️❤️ #truelove
