Baymax Ochazuke お茶漬け for lunch. Do you know what is Ochazuke?
It's a homely dish prepared by serving rice with savory dashi soup stock or hot green tea with rice. Common toppings include salmon, rice crackers, seaweed and or mitsuba etc.
This one was so so good. I prepared one serving with hot dashi stock for myself and my part time helper. She loved it too.
