Andrew's spelt - whole grain spelt bread with addition of toasted spelt farina porridge made with heirloom Ostro spelt flour and cracked grain bought from my farmers market neighbour Mr Andrzej. It's a first loaf made in cooperation with other vendor from @targ.kregliccy, but obviously there will be more. I remember having this dream about trading goods for bread with other artisans and incorporating them into bread or pastries to support them but also acknowledge people about possibillities behind the products.
