I never thought I was worthy of love. So I never sought for it. I gave more than I received and in return, I was empty.
I remember entertaining the illusion that perhaps I could find inner worth if I cherished the lives of others. If I was tremendously selfless, perhaps there would be an overspill effect.
There was not.
I could talk mental illness and their respective symptoms all day. But to keep this simple and applicable to all, I will share with you few (and important) words:

Love yourself so that you give in abundance.  Cherish your skin to nourish unconditional compassion. Fuel your fire so that you may light the world🔥💜 Have an incredible day/night/life my friends💘💐🌈
