Well, the first half of Sting's 57th & 9th World Tour with @lastbandoleros opening came to an end this past week in a pretty funny and unexpected way. Sting's crew organized a Mariachi band to surprise the guys during their performance of "I Don't Want to Know" onstage at the Osaka-shi Chuo Taiikukan venue. You can watch the footage at the link below as Jerry, Diego, Derek and Emilio attempt to carry on in the face of the interruption but eventually give way to an abbreviated performance of the classic "Guadalajara."

The prank appeared to be in good fun and gave a hint of the close relationship that the The Last Bandoleros have forged with Sting and his team over the last few months while touring the world together. Sting and the group will be reunited again for dates in August and September on the East Coast of the US but not before The Last Bandoleros go on their own headline tour of the US this summer.
