75 & 80kg/176lb Power Snatches (ish) to wrap up my training week yesterday. Tryina be as fast as that ? behind me. #goals Positions are feeling more and more consistent - had not been finishing through my legs well lately but it felt & looked good on all of these... despite being deliriously tired & under a lot of fatigue from all the volume i am doing haha #powa #jugglife ?
