Chocolate Waffles

1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
1/2 banana mashed
1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 Tbsp water)
2 Tbsp cacao powder
1-2 Tbsp natural sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
Mix all ingredients in a bowl adding milk to consistency
Cook in a well greased waffle maker as per directions on your waffle maker
