Well for me at least. Skinny isn't in. I don't want to be skinny. I work out number one to keep me sane. Especially as a mother, it helps me with the stress of motherhood and allows me to be a better mother to my kids. Number two - I want MUSCLE. I want to be the strongest version of myself & I enjoy pushing my body to the limit. It's an addiction that I don't mind. Working out for me is BE STRONG. Skinny isn't for me. Muscles and being a bad ass is. So when watching my videos and fitness lifestyle, remember it has nothing to do with being a size zero. It's all about strength and conditioning and MAINTAINING.
