Went through the archives to try find a photo for Olympic Day today!
Thought about a throwback to my first Olympics in Beijing 2008, or a shot from one of my proudest moments in London 2012.
But the Olympics aren't just about that one moment when you're at the Games - it's about pushing yourself to be the best you can be everyday and seeing what you are truly capable of.
So today, I spent my Olympic Day getting a little bit stronger in the gym and a little bit faster out of the gate, and tomorrow, I'll be working on jumping a little bit higher at the track!
