? Watch as Canadian soldier Captain Megan Couto becomes the first female to Captain The Queen's Guard during Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

Cpt. Couto serves in The Second Battalion, Princess Patricia's Light Infantry, who are currently guarding Buckingham Palace. Their visit to London coincides with the 150th anniversary of Canada and the Canadian Confederation.

Foot Guards have guarded the Sovereign and Royal Palaces since 1660, and are normally provided by a battalion of the Household Division of the British Army. Over the years regiments from across the world have had the chance to participate in this iconic ceremony.
