And the craziest selfie ever award goes to...me? I've been learning a lot about how our body holds on to trauma, and how that energy we hold can be the engine of behaviors and fears that are less than ideal. I'm very embarrassed to say I have trauma related irrational fears that hold me back on a daily basis, but lying is so 90s so here I am. Thanks @timferriss for bringing this book to my attention. I've spent most of my life unable to live in the present, always worrying about the future and waiting for the proverbial shoe to drop. Worse, the proverbial shoe was a Croc. Excited to dig into this and stop fighting wars that have been over for 20 years. #honestgram PS other suggestions for books very welcome:)
